"My girlfriend and I have always been regular movie goers. I plan to propose to her in one of our usual movie dates so that I can give her a memorable and unexpected proposal. The following points will outline my proposal plan:

One month before actual day
a) I will go to Tiffany to get her a proposal ring (by myself).

b) I will put up a 5 powerpoint presentation slide that goes in this order:
Slide 1: A photo of her (just herself only) will be flashed up
Slide 2: A photo of myself (just myself only) will be flashed up
Slide 3: A question that goes "What is wrong with the 2 photos?" will be flashed up
Slide 4: A photo with the 2 of us together will be flashed up. And an answer that goes "Becoz they are suppose to be together!" flashes up
Slide 5: A question that goes " Irma, will you marry me?" will be flashed up

One week before actual day
c) I will make a request to the management team from a movie theatre. I will request them to help me put up my slide show in the movie theatre. My idea is that the slide show will roll when they finish playing all the sneak previews (that means before the actual show begins)

On the actual day (14th Feb 08)
d) I will invite my girlfriend for a 7pm show in that movie theatre.

e) I will already have the ring in my pocket. I will buy popcorn and drinks and walk into the theatre with her, like what we will usually do. We will take our seats, enjoy our food and watch the sneak previews as we wait for the show to begin. Just before the actual movie begins, my slideshow will be shown on the big screen (as if it is another sneak preview). When slide 5 is flashed up, i will pull out the ring and ask for her hand in marriage."
