Former England manager's ex-flame charges $12,000 an hour of 'kinky sex'
Her price for a night? 4,000 pounds ($12,000) an hour.
This was what Ms Faria Alam, 40, the Bangladeshi former girlfriend of former England Football Manager Sven- Goran Eriksson, had allegedly charged an undercover News of the World reporter for a night of "kinky sex", which worked out to 8,000 pounds ($24,000).
The Sun put it at 8,000 pounds for three hours, according to The New Paper today.
Whichever is right, she still earns at least 14 times as much as the retainer being paid to Erikson by the FA, who, six months after the failure of England at the World Cup, had his salary halved recently to 6,500 pounds a day from 13,000 pounds.
The disgraced FA secretary who also had flings with FA chief Mark Palios and former FA communications director Colin Gibson and forced Palios to resign, first appeared in papers all over the world in August 2004, with her "kiss tell" stories which reportedly sold for 300,000 pounds.
Miss Alam, a former model, denied the "vice girl" allegations by News of the World which printed lewd photographs of her cavorting around in her undies, after allegedly agreeing to sleep with one of its undercover reporters in return for cash.
"That's ridiculous. I'm insulted. I've not met anyone this week," she insisted.
Ms Alam was caught off guard by a News of the World reporter posing as a "fixer", a representative of a rich businessman looking for prostitutes. "I am pretty good at what I do," she told him, before going into tales of her sordid escapades.
She even tried to justify what she was doing by saying that all women secretly wanted to be prostitutes. She told the reporter: "If they could get a way around it where nobody could find out, they wouldn't say anything.
"It's trusting, that's the thing. Let me tell you something - most women, if they could get away with it, they would do it. I know most people would."
Ms Alam certainly hasn't kept to her words. Photos of her stripping and spread across a double bed have been splashed all over the internet.
