Girls exploited on the Internet

Be careful - you may be on the Internet without your knowledge.

Voyeurism is more rampant and insidious than you may think.

A Stomp reader wrote in to alert others of a YouTube user who was posting video clips of girls he considered sexy, without their consent or knowledge.

The reader expressed shock at the clips - there are a total of 19 in the YouTube user's online collection - and believes that the cameraman treats the women in the clips as sex objects.

The clips were uploaded by a user named SexySggirls, and the most of the girls were captured in public places

She told STOMP: "His intentions are really questionable. Just look at the way he tries to hide the camera.

"I hope our women will be on the alert about this pervert."

In the YouTube user's own comments on the uploaded videos, he uses words like "sexy", "nice" and "babe" to describe the girls who were caught on film. Other comments revealed more sinister intentions about the video's subjects.

When AsiaOne last checked, the videos have been removed by YouTube.

A quick check by STOMP showed that there were other similar videos of "sexy" girls.
