Fashion retailer Tangs unveils its Spring 2008 collection from Wardrobe Women at this year's Singapore Fashion Festival on April 5. The theme, Colour My Mode, fuses fashion with art and draws inspiration from the Memphis Movement, the legendary Italian design collective led by Milanese designer and architect Ettore Sottsass.

The show features five labels: 9 to Nine, Coterie, Martina Pink, Myra b and Studio, all of which boast bursts of colour. Expect crisp short and neat coats from 9 to Nine, and sexy dresses embellished with floral appliqu?s and broderie anglaise from Coterie.

Martina Pink gives granny garb a girly twist with playsuits, A-line dresses, bustiers, and thick waist belts, accented by floral hairpieces and coloured leggings. Meanwhile, Myra B will get graphic with structured dresses, puff-sleeved blouses and wide-legged pants in primary shades of red, blue and yellow.

Similarly, the Studio collection is all about sharpness and reinventing shapes with tie-front blouses, thick belts and shift dresses in more muted shades of sky blue and grey.
