At the Miss Chinese International beauty pageant held in Hong Kong in 2001, she was a contestant from Brisbane and Chen was a guest performer. She didn't win and went home after the pageant.

The media found her profile on a friendship website and discovered that she is married and has a beauty school in Australia. They also found a picture of her and Edison Chen - both wearing clothes - on her profile.

They haven't talked to her yet, however.
