KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA: Three wedding receptions, each with its own theme - this is what singer Mawi and his sweetheart, actress Nora'Ashikin Rahmat (or Ekin), have planned when they get married in December.

The duo, after dating for almost two years, announced yesterday that they would get married at a mosque in Johor Baru on Dec 20.

"We are still discussing the venue for the akad nikah at the moment and will announce it once it has been confirmed," said a glowing Mawi, 27, at a press conference here.

"The wedding reception arranged by Ekin's family, which will be held at the Indoor Stadium in Larkin, Johor Baru, on Dec 20 will feature a modern, contemporary theme," he said.

"My family's reception in Felda Taib Andak in Kulai, Johor on Dec 28, will have a Javanese concept, complete with kuda kepang."
