Hong Kong - Two years and many public displays of affection later, model-actress Michele Reis is set to marry tycoon Julian Hui.

Reports said Reis, 38, and Hui, 46, filed a notice of intended marriage last Tuesday and are likely to walk down the aisle within three months.

Apple Daily said the wedding may be as soon as next month.

Her manager told Ming Pao Daily News that Reis had said she would apply for the notice but did not give details.

It will be the first marriage for Reis and the second for Hui. He was married for nine years to Pansy Ho, daughter of casino czar Stanley Ho, and once engaged to actress Carina Lau.

Reis was linked to actor Leon Lai and mogul Joseph Lau, among others.

Crowned Miss Hong Kong in 1988, she has been publicly dating Hui since 2006. Many of their tender moments have been documented by the paparazzi, including their now infamous long kiss during a moonlit stroll at Happy Valley racecourse.
